FLARE is a revenue management tool that trigger automated alerts to hotels when rooms are not priced in accordance to recommendations.
Revenue management decisions and processes are complex with many variables. Hotels do not always set their market appropriate pricing according to the recommendations, that leads to missed revenue opportunity. There was no guidance or framework that keep watch and act on inappropriate pricing.
FLARE is designed and developed to alert hotels on pricing opportunities on a weekly basis. Providing concrete and actionable steps that can be taken by hotel to improve pricing. Escalation scenario based on critical level to ensure the appropriate stakeholders are alerted and involved.
